We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit Consulting Manager to support our Financial Services clients, including broker/dealers, fintech firms, private equity, and registered investment advisors. Responsibilities: * Lead internal audit and risk management engagements across a diverse financial services portfolio * Manage SOX 404 projects, including walkthroughs, control testing, and reporting to client leadership * Conduct risk assessments and develop audit scopes using risk-based methodologies * Prepare and present findings to Audit Committees and senior stakeholders * Deliver consulting services such as co-sourced/outsourced internal audits, risk assessments, segregation of duties reviews, and internal control evaluations * Maintain strong client relationships and ensure engagements are delivered on time and within budget * Mentor and guide team members while reviewing work for quality and accuracy
