What You Will Do

Independently manage end-to-end customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact

Deliver exceptional customer service while proactively driving sales within an assigned customer base

Maximize margins, increase market share, and drive growth with key suppliers

Leverage internal and external resources to support sales and customer success

Handle quoting, order processing, demand fulfillment, and ensure on-time delivery

Troubleshoot issues and provide effective, timely solutions for customers

Serve as a key liaison between suppliers and customers to build long-term business partnerships

Collaborate with Arrow Account Managers on selected key accounts

Who We’re Looking For

A strong commercial mindset with a focus on delivering results

Commitment to customer service excellence and building trust-based relationships

Ability to influence stakeholders and negotiate effectively

Strong problem-solving skills in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment

Effective time management skills and experience working with sales tools and internal systems

Fluency in English (written and spoken)

A few more skills you also know (or want to learn)

Self-motivated with a proactive, ownership-driven approach

Willingness to learn product benefits and key technical concepts

Outgoing self-starter with a strong team-oriented mindset

Ability to adapt communication style to different customers and business situations

Numerate and comfortable using digital tools for planning, forecasting, and reporting
