Transformational Finance Business Intelligence – Intern
Job Description:We are looking for a driven intern to join the Transformational Finance team under the Business Intelligence (BI) function. This role supports the development of interactive dashboards, analytical reports, and machine learning solutions that drive insights and decision-making for finance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist in designing and developing interactive BI reports and dashboards.
+ Participate in data ETL processes, integrating data from various sources into clean, usable datasets.
+ Support the development, testing, and evaluation of BI reports and ML models.
+ Collaborate closely with business users to gather project requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables.
+ Document data flows, process flows, and project outcomes for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
+ Minimum CGPA of 3.2
+ Prefer candidates who are open to potential full-time opportunities upon completion of the internship
+ Prefer candidates who are able to commit to a minimum 6-month internship
+ Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
+ Proficiency in data analytics and relational databases (SQL).
+ Basic understanding of machine learning concepts (e.g., regression, classification).
+ Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
+ Good communication and presentation skills.
+ Proactive in learning and comfortable asking questions to clarify requirements.
Good to Have (Preferred Skills):
+ Basic coding experience (SQL, Python, DAX).
+ Exposure to data manipulation techniques (e.g., Power Query, Pandas).
+ Basic understanding of business processes (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report).
