Job Description:

Information Management: Manage the filing of electronic documents in a designated program BOX folder. This includes meeting minutes, action plans and others

Planning: Support the IPD to plan and execute monthly meeting such as Grant Health Tracker, Staff meetings, Monthly FFR

Document translation:  Translate documents from French to English and vice versa. Ensure translations are free of errors.

Oral translation: Translate from French to English and vice versa during meeting with field staff and Support offices who do not understand French.

Minute taking: Take minutes of meeting and draw action plans.

Action plan follow up: Support IPD to follow up on action plans and update the plan accordingly.

Other tasks. Perform other tasks assigned by IPD related to Program Management.

Qualifications and qualities

Degree in disaster management, social sciences, humanitarian studies, development studies or studying towards a relevant degree. Fluent in French and English Good communication skills
