Key Responsibilities: As a Production Intern, you will support various operational and coordination tasks, including: Compiling and following up with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow. Updating daily progress reports, including aging units, MLT, RWO/NPI progress, and DMR status. Assisting in development plans and training arrangements for shop floor personnel. Supporting scrap reporting and internal audit activities. Contributing to shop floor improvement projects in collaboration with shift leaders and supervisors.

 

Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree. No working experience in the related field is required. Applicants must be willing to work in Penang Science Park. Good organizational and time management skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Meticulous, analytical, and result-oriented. Internship position of 2 headcounts available. Preferred internship duration: minimum 4 months.
