Right now, we are looking for Intern Procurement Data Compliance 

What will You Do: 

Participate in procurement projects to ensure compliance with Product specifications and SAP data 

Communicate with external vendors on a daily basis 

Support the team in day-to-day activities including invoice reconciliation, preparation of reports, data entry and data verification tasks

What Will You Need: 

Very good in English verbal and written communication. A second European language will be an advantage 

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excell 

Resiliency and ability to adjust to changing variables in the workplace 

Open mindset and continuous improvement approach 

Very good communication & presentation skills – self- drivenness, openness to communicate on various levels 

Engagement to operate proactively, anticipating possible problems, opportunities, and challenges 

Interest in fields of Procurement, Supply Chain, Shared Service, Chemistry or other relevant 

Previous work experience would be an advantage 

Experience in working in project groups is welcomed 

Work experience in a multinational/multicultural/matrix environment will be an advantage 

Availability minimum 25 h per week
