Job Description

Are you looking for an interesting paid internship within production and material planning world? Then we offer an exciting role as an Intern PCA Assistant. You will support planning teams having your own group of vendors to work together with. This part-time role is based in Katowice and reports to the PCA Team Leader. You will start your internship in July or August and work in hybrid work schedule.

Your Responsibilities:

Determine material needs and manage inventory according to existing procedures.Order directly production components and materials. Collaborating with suppliers to monitor delivery timelines and resolve any issues related to delaysSupport for planning teams in daily tasks.Create reports and analyses.

The Essentials – You Will Have:

Language skills: fluency in English - both verbal and writingActive student status in Logistic, Production engineering or related fieldsAny experience with Microsoft excel (pivots)Availability to work 30 hours per week

The Preferred – You Might Also Have:

Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)Any experience in Logistic
