Hybrid role requiring the successful candidate to be on site 50% of the month in Little Island, Cork and 50% working remotely.

Are you passionate about making a real impact in the world of healthcare? Join our dynamic Delivery Team, where you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of medicine by ensuring that people from all backgrounds are included in clinical trials. Clinical trials are research studies that test how well new medical treatments work in people. Recruitment means finding and enrolling participants for these trials.
Our Delivery Team is responsible for planning and managing strategies to find and keep participants in clinical trials. We focus on making sure that these trials include people from diverse backgrounds and are sensitive to different cultures. We build and maintain relationships with various partners, analyze data to improve future studies, and promote teamwork and shared learning.
As part of our team, you will gain hands-on experience in clinical trial recruitment and retention. You will work with a diverse and talented team, learning about clinical trials and research while making a difference in healthcare.
**Responsibilities** :
**Assist in Planning and Execution** : Help plan and carry out strategies to recruit and retain diverse groups of participants in clinical trials. **Coordinate with Team Members** : Work closely with team members to ensure that recruitment and retention plans and materials are effectively implemented. **Build Relationships** : Assist in maintaining and growing relationships with internal and external partners to enhance trial participation. **Facilitate Communication** : Help in sharing information and best practices across different teams to ensure everyone is on the same page. **Analyze Data** : Use data and trends to continuously learn and improve future studies and programs.
**Requirements** :
+ Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in a scientific or health-related field.
+ Basic knowledge of project management tools and processes.
+ Demonstrated interest in clinical trials/drug development.
+ Strong communication (written and verbal) skills to interact with representative groups and individuals.
+ Demonstrated organizational and critical thinking skills.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
