The current tasks we would like to have support are maintaining and updating drawings and Material Masters (MMs) for a full buyout of VA500, support for further structuring safety valves as well as a current topic from purchasing (Fasani drawings). These tasks involve significant repetitive and administrative work. These tasks include: 1. Maintain and change the drawings and MMs (#>500) for 100 % **Buy out of VA500** : 2. Drawings need to be checked, if they state of the art for purchasing reasons, 3. request rework and/or do the rework themselves, 4. MM maintaining: most of the MMs are Make items. To change them new MMs which are Buy items need to be set up, maintained and released, 5. minimize the effort to the flat BOMs the new MMs need to be put at the right in the BOM/MM structure. 6. Maintain and change MMs (#>500) for **safety valves** to have them set up correctly as a Buy item. 7. Establish a copy of a current Make item (which is bought, so no add. head costs are applied), 8. set them up correctly as a Buy item, 9. structure them between raw and make item (which ensures that at any time we are are able to change between make and buy) /wo changing the Flat BOMS/configurator. 10. Change **existing Fasani** drawings (#>100) with a Tyco Logo on it, as purchasing is not allowed to send them out for purchasing: 11.
