Summary:
We are looking for a motivated intern to support the development of a project management tool. You'll work with the team across various stages—from gathering requirements to testing and deployment. This is a great opportunity to learn about software design, development, and project workflows.

1. Requirement Analysis

·        Work with stakeholders to understand software needs

·        Help define features like task tracking, Gantt charts, and notifications.

 

2.Planning

·        Assist in creating project timelines and task lists.

·        Support team coordination and risk tracking

 

3.Design

·        Help design wireframes and simple UI prototypes.

·        Assist in database and system layout planning.

 

4. Development

·        Contribute to backend and frontend coding.

·        Support integration with other tools (e.g., Slack, Excel)

·        Use Git for version control

5. Testing

·        Write and run basic tests.

·        Help with user feedback and performance checks.

 

6. Deployment

·        Assist in setting up environments.

·        Support monitoring after launch

7. Training & Documentation

·        Help prepare user guides and training material

8. Maintenance & Support

·        Fix bugs and suggest small improvements.

·        Monitor and report issues

Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering' No working experience in the related field is required for this position. Applicants must be willing to work in Penang Science Park. Good organizational and time management skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Meticulous, analytical and result oriented. Internship position available.
