Summer Intern – Grifols Manufacturing + North Fractionation Building   Primary Objective – North Fractionation Building (NFB) summer intern to assist with pooling optimization including but not limited to equipment reliability, throughput efficiencies, and operator safety. The summer intern will assess current system and make recommendations and implement improvements to the forementioned areas. Additional process control activities may be assigned as they are identified through the initial assessment.    Expectations: + Assist NFB Management/Engineering/Maintenance Team with area proficiency and identify potential improvements. + Support various departmental project work as well as researching and recommending testing protocols as needed. + Assist in analyzing data, writing reports, and working with the NFB management for process improvements designed to eliminate or greatly reduce throughput downtime + Maintain accurate, succinct and detailed documentation of activities. + At the end of the assignment (summer) the candidate should prepare and present a summary of assigned projects and results achieved to leadership from the hosting departments.   Requirements: + Currently enrolled in a 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Process, Mechanical, or Industrial) as a rising  junior or senior. + Candidate must currently have a GPA of 3.00 or higher Third Party Agency and Recruiter Notice: Agencies that present a candidate to Grifols must have an active, nonexpired, Grifols Agency Master Services Agreement with the Grifols Talent Acquisition Department.
