About the Team:

The laboratory resource planning team is in charge of developing tools and forecasts to support and enhance the production in the laboratory.

Internship Assignment Summary:

The intern’s main mission is to support the implementation of Copilot Chat within the laboratory.

Collaborate with the technical laboratory experts to identify activities that could be fastened with copilot

Predefine writing scripts that will enable a smooth usage of the tool

Develop library to allow the global lab organization to use the same script and obtain consistent results

Develop training material for the staff to use the library

Participation to other projects to support the lab like assisting to develop forecasting tools for some lab testing

Education/Qualifications/Skills:

You must be a student and be eligible for an internship agreement with a third party.

Proficiency in French and intermediate level in English.

Familiarity with large language model (LLM) tools

Basic scripting languages knowledge such as Python is a plus

Proficiency with Microsoft tools

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.

Experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting.

Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues.

Ability to embrace diverse ways of thinking through various forms of collaboration and partnership.
