Right now, we are looking for Intern - IT Operations

What you will do:

Under direct supervision and responsible for providing IT support to end-usersUse basic analysis techniques to troubleshoot and resolve incidents as well as assist in performing root cause analysis on problemsUsing remote control software, you will provide onsite and cross-border support in the PL and across the (EU).Conduct regular interaction with IT users, using basic customer service skills and communication skillsWork collaboratively with project team members and other support functions on activities related to ITLiaise with partners and vendors on IT-related user supportConfirm with ITIL processes and ensure that all incidents are addressed efficiently, and proper system logging is maintainedPerform basic incident and problem analysis as required to resolve incidents and requestsPerform hardware and software change requests as assignedPerform implementation support as requiredAttend end-user meetings as requested to provide local support to usersWork with IT and global support teams to act as a local IT resource as required to ensure regional infrastructure is maintained at a high service availability levelInstall and maintain local infrastructure as required

What You Will Need:

Foundation knowledge of IT Hardware and SoftwareCustomer service skillsBasic troubleshooting and problem analysisGood oral and written communications in EnglishWilling to follow instructions and proceduresTeam orientedFamiliarity with desktop applications, including the following: MS O365, Windows 10/11, Mobile Phone Support (Android & iOS), Remote Software like Bomgar, ITIL processes and ticketing systems, Local client configurations including, MS Intune, VPN, remote/wireless access connectivity configuration and maintenance
