Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in tracking and updating inventory of indirect materials (consumables, packaging, supplies, PPE).Help gather material requests from different departments.Support data entry and file organization (Excel or system-based).Participate in physical inventory checks.Assist in preparing simple reports as needed.Learn basic planning processes like stock monitoring and reordering.
 

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

Currently enrolled in a BS Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related course.Endorsed by school for internship/OJT.Basic Excel knowledge.Willing to learn and follow instructions.

PREFERRED:

Basic understanding of supply chain concepts from school projects.Interest in materials planning or logistics.
