Intern in the Primary Market Research Team

Our Primary Market Research (PMR) Team conducts qualitative and quantitative market research studies with HCPs and patients/customers across different Eastern European (EE) countries. The team is primarily based in Warsaw, but the majority of our work is in English.

We are looking for passionate interns who will be responsible for various tasks defined by the project manager for qualitative and/or quantitative market research projects in the area of healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities

Support the preparation of materials for research projects throughout the project life cycle, from the proposal to the final deliverablesVerify the correctness of materials in terms of graphics and format (layout, editing, completeness of information, etc.)External vendors management (certification, contracting, invoice monitoring)Oversee the data collection processDevelop code keys and perform open-ended answers codingAssist in creating reports / presentations using MS PowerPointCollect and analyze data on specific topics through desk researchParticipate in data analysis and interpretationCollaborate with other departments within the companyExecute other tasks assigned by a direct supervisor within the scope of this position

Requirements:

Fluency in English (spoken and written)Fluency in Polish or other Eastern European language (spoken and written)Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in working with Excel spreadsheets and creating presentations in Power PointEnrolled as a 2nd to 5th-year student of sociology, psychology, statistics, mathematics, economics or related fieldsDemonstrated independence, ownership, and teamworkHigh attention to detailStrong interpersonal and communication skills, along with problem-solving abilitiesInterest in and eagerness to learn about the dynamic healthcare industryExperience with market research projects and/or data analysis is advantageousLearning and work organization:Lead individual workstreams with oversight from seniorsDemonstrate strong team-work skillsTime management skills
