The OpportunityIn this role, you'll have the chance to work on meaningful projects, gain hands-on experience in portfolio management, and contribute to impactful initiatives that drive our service strategy forward. As a Portfolio Management Intern, you will:
Maintain and update portfolio data to ensure accuracy and completeness of the service strategy portfolio.
Prepare reports and presentations showcasing portfolio performance, risks, and opportunities, delivering insights that influence strategic decision-making.
Analyze portfolio data to uncover trends, inform strategy, and model potential scenarios for impactful outcomes.
Support governance framework design by ensuring portfolio initiatives align with established standards and suggesting process improvements.
Organize and manage critical documentation, including business cases, meeting minutes, and decision logs, to ensure seamless portfolio operations.
Assist in preparing and supporting meetings, such as Portfolio Review Boards, by coordinating logistics and documenting decisions and outcomes.
Draft stakeholder communications, including portfolio updates and action items, fostering clear and effective collaboration.

You are currently pursuing or recently graduated (within the last 12 months) with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Economics, Life Science, Business Informatics/Information Technology, or a related field.
You have strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills with an ability to turn strategies into tangible outcomes.
You are fluent in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills that help you engage with diverse stakeholders.
You are proficient in office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, word processing); experience with project or portfolio management tools is a plus.
You bring a team-oriented mindset, value trustful relationships, and are motivated to collaborate effectively to achieve collective success.
