Environments & access: working in DEV/QAS/PRD, requesting roles via Identity Management layer and keeping access clean for fast testing.

Master data & cutover: an overview of key prerequisites and simple go‑live checklists to avoid last‑minute issues

Quality & resilience: reading basic KPI dashboards/logs, capturing defects, and understanding high‑level recovery steps.

Data Traceability: applying the “clause → control → process → system → test” chain to keep changes audit‑ready.
