**Position Snapshot** Location: Sofia, Bulgaria Team: IT Line Manager: WF 360 & ITP Lead ADR, BG and RO Type of contract - **temporary - 5 months contract** **A day in the life of Intern in IT** Collaborates with the business and European Nestlé IT department/AMT teams to maintain and improve the IT infrastructure for existing or new business needs or to resolve issues. Provides support for all malfunctions of the Nestlé IT infrastructure. Installs hardware and provides installation and maintenance services for operating systems on company-owned devices. Provides incident resolution and request tracking services through a ticketing system. Ensures the installation of only approved/licensed software **What will make you successful?** Education in the IT field Preferred minimum experience in the field of information systems and/or IT support for users, or no prior experience but willingnes to learn in the area. Knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written, at an intermediate level and native local language. Valid driver's license (Category B). Proficient in computer literacy (Windows, MS Office) and personal interest in development in the field of information technology. Ability to work in a team.
