REQUIREMENTS: 

You are an undergraduate (3rd, 4th, 5th year) or up to 12 months after your graduation  

You are fluent in English and Polish (written and spoken) 

Very good knowledge of Power Point and Excel  (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)

You are creative, communicative, fast learner and have analytical thinking skills 

You are eager to learn new skills and open to work in a dynamic environment 

You are well organised and able to set priorities 

Availability per week min. 30h, hybrid model 

 

WE OFFER: 

Compensation based on hours worked, with a minimum hourly rate of 32 PLN gross 

A contract of mandate (up to 12 months)

YOUR TASKS: 

Creating and delivering training offer for employees – co-creating communication, working in enrollment system 

Administrating trainings - communication with participants and external vendors, reporting in system 

Reporting key HR data and analyzing them  

Sharing insights, implementing new ideas and improvements 

Working on individual projects

Preparing communications related to Performance Management (MyPerformance) and the Growth Newsletter – communications, educational materials (e.g., one-pagers) and the content itself
