WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

 

A candidate available to work from the office four days a week 

Student of last years of studies or University graduates with Bachelor's or Master's degree up to 6 months after graduation, with educational background preferably in Administration/Law/Management/Journalism/Library Studies, ideally available for about 30-40 hours weekly 

Native Polish speaker and proficient English speaker (B2 or higher), other languages are a plus 

a problem-solver, brave to challenge the ‘status quo’, able to read and analyze data quickly and draw out-of-box conclusions from them in an unbiased way 

strong willingness to learn, excellent attention to detail, and strong organizational skills 

Able to manage both physical documents and digital software applications 

proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including basic knowledge of Excel and Word 

Open and curious person with the ability to learn new things 

 

WHAT WE OFFER YOU?  

 

In this position, you will earn no less than PLN 34 gross per hour  

Paid internship for a duration of up to 12 months

Sort and categorize a large volume of physical documents 

Ensure the efficient organization and proper management of files and records  

Go through the data analyst development path: from reading & understanding data through co-developing solutions ending up leading your initiatives and projects 

 

A condition of commencing the internship with a chosen candidate is that the candidate possesses valid documents authorizing legal residence and work in the territory of the Republic of Poland for the entire duration of the internship. The company reserves the right to verify these documents before signing the contract.
