**Job Overview**
Hyatt Food & Beverage team is looking for an intern starting from January 2026, based in Shanghai corporate office. Ideal candidates should be able to make time commitment for 6 months in order to gain in-depth experience. The start/end dates are flexible based on the candidates’ availability. Internship allowance will be offered, but housing will not be provided.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ To provide HR administrative support.
+ To translate necessary HR related items.
+ To help prepare correspondence, forms, manuals, schedules, contracts, and reports as required.
+ To conduct business related research as requiredTo assist in preparing PPT.
+ To organize, attend and contribute to all meetings as required.
+ To assist in other job assignments as required.
+ To assist in HR Marketing related tasks.
**Qualifications:**
**Qualifications**
+ Study Business/Hospitality/HR related major
+ Speak and write fluent Chinese and English
+ Great communication skills
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office, data analytics skill will be a plus
+ Knowledge of marketing design platforms such as Xiumi, Canva will be a plus
