Intern - HR Admin
Hyundai AutoEver America's HQ (Fountain Valley or Costa Mesa, depending on business unit) will be running a 12-week internship program from 06/16/2025 to 09/05/2025.  Interns will be expected to work anywhere between 20 - 24 hours a week, not to exceed 30 hours a week. Job Purpose:   We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Admin Intern to assist with a variety of Human Resources functions. As an HR Admin Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in HR operations, including onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, and general administrative support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in HR and build a solid foundation in HR administration.  Seeking a Final Year graduate who is able to start working as a Fulltime Employee, immediately following the internship.  Key Responsibilities:  + Onboarding Assistance:  + Help coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documents and assisting with new hire orientations.  + Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed properly.  + Employee Engagement & Recognition:  + Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, including events, surveys, and recognition programs.  + Help track and report employee participation and satisfaction.  + HR Compliance & Documentation:  + Support HR in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.  + Assist with the preparation of HR reports and presentations.  + Training & Development:  + Support the coordination of employee training programs and events.  + Help provide support in revamping training material/ training retention strategies.  + General Administrative Support:  + Assist HR team with general administrative tasks, including filing, organizing, and maintaining HR-related documentation.  + Invoice Management: Help manage and track invoices for HR-related expenses.  + Report Generation: Assist with the generation of various HR reports and help track key metrics.  + Process Documentation: Support the documentation of HR processes for better efficiency and clarity.  + SOPs Creation: Assist in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR processes to ensure consistency and compliance.  + Answer general HR-related inquiries from employees.    Basic Qualifications:  + Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Final year)  + Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  + Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.  + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  + Experience with the latest creativity tools used for design, collaboration, learning and productivity such as Canva, Kahoot, etc.  + Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.  + A proactive and team-oriented attitude.  + Previous experience in an office setting or HR-related activities (preferred but not required).  Pay Range - $25.00 to $27.00/hour   Powered by JazzHR
