We have an opportunity for a **HR Intern** to join our team, in **Bucharest** , where you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of leadership development programs and HR initiatives across the region as well as talent processes. This role is part of our University Relations program, designed to help students and recent graduates launch their careers with hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within Honeywell This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model. **Honeywell** We have been innovating for more than 100 years and now we’re creating what’s next. We are committed to the highest standard in everything we do! **Key responsibilities** + Assist in organizing virtual and in-person sessions (e.g., booking venues, preparing materials, coordinating travel). + Help maintain planning trackers and calendars for programs like ASPIRE and ASCEND. + Support communication with participants, facilitators, and vendors. + Help track attendance, feedback, and module completion. + Assist in compiling feedback summaries and reports. + Maintain accuracy in spreadsheets and shared documents. + Draft and send participant communications (e.g., reminders, logistics emails). + Join team calls and take notes or follow up on action items. + Collaborate with HR partners and program leads on ad hoc tasks. + Assist with expense tracking and documentation (e.g., receipts, approvals). + Help prepare presentation decks and session materials. + Organize shared folders and ensure documentation is up to date. + Duties and responsibilities of workers in the field of occupational health and safety and emergency situations – in accordance with Annex A/B. + Tracking and Updating Talent Data: Monitor and update talent profiles, movement, and readiness indicators in relevant systems to support workforce planning and talent reviews. + TBI Metrics Analysis: Contribute to the tracking and reporting of Talent Behavior Index (TBI), helping HR leaders assess bench strength and identify gaps. + MRR Coordination: Support the bi-yearly Review and Reporting (MRR) process by preparing materials, consolidating updates, and ensuring timely follow-ups on action items. + Reporting and Insights: Participate in HCM reporting activities, including extracting, analyzing, and visualizing talent data to inform HR strategy and leadership decisions. **Key skills and qualifications** + Final Year Student (within Bachelor Degree Program) or Student at Masters Program + Fluent: English (other foreign language would be a plus) + Well organized, attention to details + Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, etc.) + Effective communication + Confidentiality and professional ethics + Adaptability and quick learning **Our offer** + 3 + 2 hybrid work arrangement to support your work-life balance + Competitive Salary regularly increased based on your performance + Enjoy 25 vacation days per year, plus extra days off for life's special events + We provide meal vouchers + Flexible benefits basket with monthly budget allocated (top up medical insurance, life insurance, pension, vacation/ cultural/ fuel vouchers) + Medical Insurance Plan paid by the company + Christmas and Easter bonuses + Recognition & referral bonus programs + Comprehensive induction, ongoing training and development to set you up for success + In-house and external learning platforms (Udemy) to continue to expand your skills + Work experience opportunities to help you grow your career with us + Global employee networks to help you connect and grow + Employee Assistance Program - Free and confidential service to help with any difficulties regarding work, life and personal or family matters + In case of unfortunate events, we support you by offering you free days and financial support (handled on a case by case basis) or Family financial aids + Access Integrity line - Any workplace issues or violations that need to be raised in good faith, can be communicated in a safe, private and confidential environment + Your family is growing while working at Honeywell?
