As part of the Pratt & Whitney Network, having a global mindset is key. We require an HR function that provides a ‘One HR’ experience for our employees and leaders around the world.
We are looking for a 3rd year HR undergraduate to deliver exceptional project and administration support to the HR Team fulltime from early October 2025 to early October 2026, or as agreed.
You will be guided and supervised by the Senior HR Partner and work closely with the HR Team to provide project and HR administration support. You will get experience in HR operations as well as HR transformation projects working with the APAC HR Team. You will also get exposure to HR business partnering, Organisational Development, Employment and Industrial Relations and to Employee Resource Groups helping to drive our culture and employee experience.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an HR team transforming the HR operating model to align with our global HR model, empowering leaders and enhancing our employee experience.
The internship role will have targeted deliverables on projects; however, you will get exposure to all areas of HR.
What Support you will provide:Policy updates and programme implementationOngoing implementation of a shared services modelChange management of our updated time and attendance systemHR AnalyticsTalent Acquisition and Talent Management programme coordinationTraining coordinationOrganisational Development coordinationReviewing HRIS Master Data in the Enterprise SystemHR/IR project and administration support as requiredAdministration support for remuneration and collective bargainingQualificationsBe at least in your 3rd year of full-time study or further along in your degree.Your ProfileCurrently enrolled in an HR undergraduate programme with an interest in developing your HR careerStrong problem solving and analytical skillsAbility to work with minimal supervision and to think outside of the boxAbility to think in processes and suggest improvements for better efficiencyVery strong organisational skills and attention to detailData literacy and digital agility along with strong administration skills are essentialExperience in working with HRIS/ERP systems is preferredResults focused and able to communicate well with a broad range of internal customersMust be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.Must be able / willing to pass a pre-employment medical assessment and drug & alcohol test.
