At Lilly, the **Global Scientific Communications (GSC)** team has a mission to make Lilly research meaningful for external audiences through clear and memorable communications. The Document Delivery Hub (DDH) is a vital capability within GSC that provides expert support in editing, quality review, and finalisation of regulatory documents. The DDH ensures consistency, clarity, and compliance across all regulatory documents, enabling timely and high-quality submissions.
As a student or early-career professional, joining the DDH offers a unique opportunity to become part of a diverse and dynamic team of DDH specialists. You’ll learn the end-to-end process of scientific regulatory documents, and quality review in the pharmaceutical industry, and build hands-on experience with the tools and software used to develop and track scientific documents. You’ll also deepen your therapeutic area knowledge, enhance your project management skills, and learn about the scientific writing process.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Support activities related to the editing, quality reviews and timely submission of regulatory documents including, but not limited to:
+ formatting, proofreading, bookmarking, conducting literature searches
+ editing documents for style/usage and content
+ verifying data and references for accuracy.
+ Liaise with scientific writers and DDH team to establish and track key milestone timelines.
+ Build therapeutic knowledge to support accurate document review and advanced content editing.
+ Ensure compliance and accurate record keeping.
+ Maintain proficiency in applicable software and current tools.
**Requirements:**
+ Currently enrolled in 3rd level education and ready to pursue student placement as part of an undergraduate program.
+ An interest in scientific communication and regulatory document delivery.
+ Advanced written and verbal English skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft software (including Word, Powerpoint and Excel).
+ Detail-oriented with excellent organisation, documentation and record management skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
