To support our People Culture team with day-to-day operations, focusing on basic compensation tasks and maintaining accurate employee records. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR processes and an opportunity to help the team automate processes.
Compensation Support:
Assist in gathering and organizing compensation data for internal analysis.Support the preparation of compensation reports and spreadsheets.Help maintain salary and job classification records.HR Operations:
Update and maintain employee records.Assist in documenting processes and standard operating procedures.Help maintain employee data confidentiality and integrity.Partner with Finance team to ensure accurate headcount informationGeneral Support:
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.Participate in HR meetings and contribute to team projects.Assist with internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.Requirements:
