Fulfill the brand promise and consistently deliver excellent guest service.
Provide outstanding service to internal customers when needed.
Be well-versed in the hotel’s products, services, and policies.

Handle guest and internal inquiries and complaints politely and efficiently, ensuring satisfactory resolution.
Maintain positive relationships with guests and colleagues.

For Front Office Program
Personally ensure guests receive the best service during check-in and check-out.
Accurately manage guest history and pre-register guests when necessary.
Welcome and guide guests warmly.
Assists with the smooth and efficient service of the Grand Club Lounge ensuring that Hyatt standards are met at all times.
Verifies arrival and departure details and arranges luggage handling and transportation and other services requested by guests.
Share VIP guest information with all departments to ensure personalized service.
Support Manager with their tasks.

For FB Program

Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food and Beverage combinations and upsell alternatives.
Assist to liaise with the Kitchen and Beverage Department on daily operations and quality control if appropriate.
Be a hands-on supervisor and be present at all times in the Outlet, especially during busy periods.

Works closely with Outlet Managers in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.

- Language Skills: a good working knowledge of English and proficiency in local language is an advantage

- Experience: relevant internship work experience in hotel or hospitality operations is an advantage

- Skills: strong communication interpersonal skills, creative problem-solving, and cultural awareness

- Personal Attribute: passionate about hospitality, high adaptability resilience, and curious about global hospitality trends
