This is a core specialization within the 6–12 month talent development program, designed to develop future hotel operations leaders with exceptional service awareness, strong operational insight, and outstanding communication and coordination skills. Through structured training, on‑the‑job operational exposure, cross‑department collaboration, and professional skill enhancement, participants will gain comprehensive mastery of Front Office operations and guest experience management. - Education: bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospitality/related field

- Language Skills: a good working knowledge of English and proficiency in local language is an advantage

- Experience: relevant internship work experience in hotel or hospitality operations is an advantage

- Skills: strong communication interpersonal skills, creative problem-solving, and cultural awareness

- Personal Attribute: passionate about hospitality, high adaptability resilience, and curious about global hospitality trends
