The Enterprise Meeting Services (EMS) Centre of Excellence Team is focused on delivering value-add meeting activity around Governance and Supplier Management, financial support and transaction processing, transfer of value (ToV) compliance, data & analytics, and technical support through project implementation. This role will support with data analytics, technical improvements, data integrity, the financial reconciliation and payments process, and support both Lilly and Lilly’s agency partners’ staff such as Meeting Planning Companies and the Strategic Sourcing Agency. The candidate will need to have strong financial and compliance acumen to ensure that both Lilly and Lilly’s agency partners’ staff such as Meeting Planning Companies and the Strategic Sourcing Agency are acting in accordance with various global regulations. **Responsibilities:** + Execute and support Vendor and Budget Management activities for supporting Affiliates (Accruals, Cost Centre Tracking, Vendor Management, Working with Third Parties & Purchase Orders) + Support the Data & Analytics team with delivery of reporting and analytics activities for the Lilly Meetings & Congresses team. + Support with system development, bug fixes and technical enhancements, through creation of user stories, end user testing and engagement with appropriate teams. + Support with ‘business as usual’ tasks, including managing vendor & customer creation, and reconciliation activities to support the business needs. + Support Transparency disclosure efforts, including Transfer of Value (TOV) audits and checks. **Requirements:** + Currently enrolled in 3rd level education and ready to pursue student placement as part of an undergraduate/masters program. + Fluency in English language essential. Fluency in another European language an advantage. + Demonstrate a strong compliance-oriented mindset & excellence in all interactions with our internal customers, business partners & external Healthcare Professionals + Ability to effectively prioritize and complete key tasks and deliverables.
