We are looking for detail-oriented, organized, and responsible individuals who are eager to apply causal-inference techniques to business-relevant engineering problems.

Central Latency own the latency program for Stores and are responsible for:
Vision: Setting a long-term architecture plan to reduce latency
Goals: establishing Store-wide latency goals
Guardrails: monitoring customer latency with automated tooling
Science: understand the impact of latency
