Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Intern to join our HR team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly evolving field of HR analytics. You will work on impactful projects, leveraging data to provide insights that drive our people strategy, and utilize Microsoft's low-code platforms to build innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the HR team on various projects related to people analytics, talent management, and operational efficiency for the Region

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using MS Power BI to visualize HR metrics.

Utilize Python for data cleaning, manipulation, and analysis of HR datasets.

Automate HR processes and workflows by creating flows in Power Automate.

Develop simple, user-friendly applications using Power Apps to solve business challenges within HR.

Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making.

Qualifications

Required Knowledge and Skills

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.

foundational knowledge of Python for data analysis.

Familiarity with data visualization and dashboard creation in MS Power BI.

Basic understanding of workflow automation with MS Power Automate.

Exposure to low-code application development with MS Power Apps.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
