What you’ll do

Role purpose: 
Vodacom is seeking for a self-motivated, detail oriented and have excellent problem-solving abilities CVM & Big Data, Loyalty and Operational to be part of our team.

As the intern of Loyalty Delivery and Operation in the CVM & Loyalty Squad, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to maximize customer value and enhance customer experience. 

This position requires expertise in solution architecture, configuration engineering, and a deep understanding of CVM methodologies and tools.

 

What you'll do:

• Support the development of strategies to enhance customer value and user experience;
• Focus on Architecting and Configuration Engineering as well as in designing and implementing CVM solutions to enhance customer value and drive business growth;
• Participate in designing and implementing business growth initiatives;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DIT and business stakeholders, to architect and configure CVM systems and technologies;


Who we're looking for:

• Students or recent graduates in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or related fields;
• Curious minds with an interest in solution architecture and CVM methodologies;
• Team players with strong communication skills;
• Proactive individuals eager to learn and grow;

• Lead CVM system setup and integration with existing tools.

• Document systems and manage customer data quality.

• Collaborate across teams to align CVM with business goals.

• Engage stakeholders and provide technical guidance.

• Ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Fluent written and spoken Portuguese and English

 

Basic knowleadge in the following technologies:

• HTTP, SOAP & REST APIs;
• Linux;

• API Integration: knowledge in integrating and working with Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to connect different systems, retrieve data, and facilitate seamless data exchange between CVM technologies and other platforms;
• Solution Design and Architecture: Proficiency in designing scalable and efficient solutions that align with business requirements and objectives;
