Compensation and Benefits Intern

 

Prysmian is looking for a Compensation and Benefits Intern to support our Human Resources team based in Heredia, Costa Rica and reporting to Compensation and Benefits Specialist. In this position you will be supporting the compensation and benefits team in the administration and analysis of compensation, benefits and recognition programs to ensure internal competitiveness and equity.

 

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the collection and analysis of salary and benefits data.

- Support in the development of compensation and benefits reports and presentations.

- Assist in the administration of benefit programs,

- Provide support in the communication of compensation and benefits programs to employees.

 

Requirements:

- Student in the last semesters of Human Resources, Administration, Psychology or related career.

- Basic knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools.

- Communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to handle confidential information.

- Desire to learn and develop in the compensation and benefits area.

 

Competencies:

- Attention to detail.

- Analysis and problem solving.

- Proactivity and organizational skills.

- Internal customer orientation.
