Join us and be part of a global team that keeps IBM moving forward, while building your own future in a dynamic and evolving environment. **Your role and responsibilities** The role includes the following major activities: * Work closely with Financial Analysts to ensure that all required billing and recovery transactions are performed accurately & timely. * Gathering inputs and creating or supplementing ICAs for selected countries, processing all ICA costs billings until WD-1 the latest. * Booking manual Journal Vouchers in IBM accounting systems during monthly and quarterly closing periods (usually from WD-1 to WD3). * Department maintenance, changing cost centers data as per request from FA or manager. * Other ad-hoc tasks as required **Required technical and professional expertise** * University student with Finance, Management or Accounting field of study. * Preferred students from faculties with Economics. * Good knowledge of accounting structure, focus on costs and expenses. * Technical skills, very good level of MS Office, mainly Excel, Word and PowerPoint * SAP knowledge as big advantage. * Overview of basic IT infrastructure, products and services welcome. **Preferred technical and professional experience** Preferably 3rd year student and capable of being independent IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
