Join our forward-thinking **Brand Marketing team** , where creativity, storytelling, and strategic thinking come together to shape the future of hospitality. **Job Overview** We are seeking a creative, curious, and motivated **Brand Marketing Intern** to support the Asia Pacific Brand Marketing team at Hyatt. This internship offers hands-on experience in brand development, storytelling, and campaign execution across a diverse portfolio of Hyatt brands – from luxury to lifestyle to select service. You will contribute to projects that elevate brand presence, strengthen emotional connections with guests, and ensure brand consistency across markets in the region. **Key Responsibilities** + Assist in the development and execution of brand campaigns and activations tailored to regional and market-specific audiences. + Support the localization and rollout of global brand initiatives across Asia Pacific. + Help create brand toolkits, creative guidelines, and communication assets for internal and hotel use. + Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Digital, Loyalty, PR, and Operations to ensure brand alignment in all marketing touchpoints. + Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends, guest insights, and brand positioning opportunities. + Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and visual storytelling decks for internal stakeholders and leadership. + Monitor brand performance and campaign engagement using qualitative and quantitative feedback. + Participate in brainstorming sessions for new brand ideas, hotel openings, and signature experiences. **What You’ll Gain** + Exposure to the inner workings of global and regional brand strategy in a leading hospitality company. + Opportunities to work on campaigns that span diverse markets, cultures, and guest segments. + Experience developing brand assets and storytelling tools that influence real-world guest experiences. + Mentorship from experienced brand leaders and a chance to grow your marketing and creative skillset. **Qualifications:** **What We’re Looking For** + Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Design, or a related field. + Passion for brand storytelling, consumer behavior, and hospitality trends in Asia Pacific. + Strong visual and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. + Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. + Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint); familiarity with design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma is a plus. + A curious mindset, with creativity, empathy, and a strong sense of initiative. **Internship Duration** 6 months or more. **Language Requirements** Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is a must; other languages will be a plus. **Primary Location:** CN-Hong Kong S.A.R. **Organization:** Regional Office - ASPAC **Job Level:** Full-time **Job:** Intern **Req ID:** HON006501 Hyatt is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
