The Intern will aid and be trained on how to evaluate and qualify new sample matrices for characterization of proteins using infrared immunonephelometry. + Work in a laboratory setting using standard operation procedures (SOPs),analytical instruments, and personal protective equipment (PPE). + Learnhow sample background components (matrix)influenceaccurate detection and quantification of target proteins. + Executematrixspiking studies using a known amount of the target protein to calculate recovery. + Applydata analysisto determine any matrix effectsand interpret results. + Communicate data discoveries and analysis in impactful presentations. **Skills/Qualifications/Education Requirements:** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
