Ecolab is seeking a Credit and Rebill/Billing Intern to join its Global Business Services team, which provides administrative back-office services to Ecolab offices around the world.

What You Will Do:  

Booking of CCR US and Canada transactions into SAP. 

Provide support to internal inquiries.  

Comply with company policies, approval matrix, processes and values. 

Responsible to contribute towards achieving the Credit and Rebill/Billing NA metrics, as defined in the Service Level Agreement. 

  

  

Minimum Qualifications:  

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program. 

English (Intermediate and up) 

Microsoft Office Package (Excel - Intermediate) 

 

Preferred Qualifications:  

Enrolled in a Bachelor’s program, with a concentration in Business Administration or similar. 

Process oriented. 

Ability to analyze data. 

Strong interpersonal skills.
