Intern (Bachelor's) - Contracts team
We have an opportunity for a **Legal Contract Management Internship** to join us at **Honeywell** , in **Prague** , where you will be responsible for providing support with preparation and negotiation of the contracts for all Honeywell businesses. This role is part of our University Relations program, designed to help students and recent graduates launch their careers with hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within Honeywell. **About our team:** Law & Contracts professionals play a crucial role in protecting the company against unjustifiable risks resulting from business transactions and providing support and guidance to professionals. You will gain exposure and direct work experience working closely with Honeywell Law & Contracts professionals, customer program, as well as collaborate with General Legal Counsels. As an intern within the organization, you will, be tasked with assisting the Law & Contracts team, and gain experience in corporate legal affairs within a multi-dimensional organization. We are committed to the highest standard in everything we do! **Key responsibilities:** + Providing support with preparation and negotiation of the contracts for all Honeywell businesses. + Providing contract evaluation under the mentorship of Law & Contracts professionals – review of contract terms and conditions, background research, risk gap analysis. + Providing research of identified country laws (with focus on commercial/contract law) and preparation of summary of such research results. + Assistance in identifying and consolidating important data from contracts (relating to payment terms, warranties, liabilities, liquidated damages, etc.). **Key skills and qualifications:** + Law student (preferably 4th/5th year). + Able to work 20 hours per week. + You have very good knowledge of English (both spoken and written), with advanced knowledge of legal English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage. + Fully IT literate and skilled in MS Office applications. + Based in Prague, hybrid model. **Our offer:** + Start your career in globally recognized company by developing future technologies. + Possibility to accommodate your studies with work commitments. + Long-term cooperation even after finishing of your studies. + Market-specific training and ongoing personal and professional development with support of experienced engineers and leaders. + Semi-flexible working hours. + As a University Relations program, you can also expect Career Growth and Skill Development: Clear pathways for advancement, regular feedback, mentorship opportunities and access to training and certifications.
