1/ Key Accountabilities:
- Maintain Vietnamese customer master data
- Get customer feedback on DHL service then summarize all details into the internal system
- Do report, analyze the results then advise to Departments monthly
- Ensure customer's information is aligned between MDM, CW1 and their request
- Take note quickly and correctly customer's recommendations in call
2/ Requirements:
- COMPULSORY: Student (NOT fresh graduated and still be student for at least 4 months) who can work full-time from Monday to Friday for 6 months, 1-2 off-sessions per week for the study is acceptable.
- Good at English skills (both speaking & writing)
- Good at MS Office
- Background with Economics, Logistics and Analytics is preferable
- Good attitude, hard-working, willing to learn
- Ability to quickly negotiate with customer in a short call
