We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Automation & Data Analyst Intern to support our automation initiatives and data-driven decision-making processes. This role involves managing automation projects, developing solutions using Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), and handling data analysis and reporting to enhance supply chain operations.
**You are responsible for**
* Automation Development: Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate to improve efficiency in supply chain processes.
* Project Management: Track and manage a portfolio of automation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs.
* Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, clean, and analyze supply chain data to generate insights and support decision-making.
* Dashboard & Visualization: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process simplification and automation within supply chain operations.
* Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, IT, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements and develop suitable solutions.
* Documentation & Training: Maintain proper documentation of automation projects and provide training/support to end users as needed.
**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**
* Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
* Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate (or willingness to learn).
* Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel (advanced), and other data tools is a plus.
* Understanding of supply chain processes is preferred but not required.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
