Join Nelnet’s AI Cohort as an AI Enablement Intern, where you’ll assist the AI Engagement Program Manager in driving adoption and impact of AI for general users across the organization. This role involves supporting program and event planning, tracking engagement metrics, and contributing to communications, enablement resources, and community engagement. You’ll play a key role in empowering associates to confidently leverage AI solutions to enhance efficiency and innovation. **Support the planning and coordination of AI enablement programs, events, and training sessions to encourage widespread adoption and effective use.** **Contribute to the creation of enablement resources, presentations, and AI-related communications, including tips, feature updates, and success stories.** **Assist with tracking, analyzing, and reporting on adoption and engagement metrics.** **Conduct basic research on AI trends and best practices to inform program planning.** **Work with the AI Center of Excellence to ensure alignment with organizational priorities by preparing updates and tracking initiatives.** **Help coordinate the Microsoft 365 Copilot Champions community to promote AI adoption and support the organization of AI-focused events, such as promptathons, lunch and learns, webinars, and training sessions.** **Be a visible, positive advocate for AI within the organization, promoting its benefits and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous growth and development.** **Competencies – Skills/Knowledge/Abilities** **Proficiency in AI tools and technologies.** **Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and team-oriented interpersonal skills.** **Superior ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.** **Creative and critical thinking skills, with a focus on AI applications.** **High standards for productivity using effective organization, time management, and prioritization skills.** **Adaptability to respond to changing situations and meet current company needs and job demands.** **Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently, as well as to work cooperatively as part of a team.** **Experience** **Experience with AI tools and technologies is preferred.** **Education** **Enrolled in a 4-year degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Management, Human Resources or other business-related major with coursework in AI** Nelnet is committed to providing a welcoming and respectful workplace where all associates have the opportunity to succeed.
