About the Role

IQVIA is looking for highly motivated Engineering Graduate of 2026 to join as Intern and contribute to the SCION Delivery Platform (SDP) – a strategic, enterprise-grade data delivery and analytics platform. This internship of 6 months provides an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale data engineering and web systems and applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gain exposure to real-world enterprise applications.

End-to-end data management and movement after data generationScalable infrastructure to deliver data within strict timelinesSupport for multiple data delivery formats for different customer needsCentralized data storage and accessibility for both technical and business usersIntegrated analytics and insights into data delivery and processingA multi-tenant platform enabling various IQVIA teams to consume and deliver data

The platform includes capabilities such as metadata management, data processing, centralized portals, validation mechanisms, and analytics layers, making it a critical backbone for IQVIA’s data delivery ecosystem.

Intern Responsibilities

Assist in development, testing, and support of components within the SCION Delivery PlatformWork on data pipelines, processing, validation, and delivery workflowsCollaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to deliver features and fixesAnalyze problems, troubleshoot issues, and suggest improvementsParticipate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and process improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science, IT, or related streams) – recent graduatesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood understanding of programming fundamentals (any language: Java, Python, SQL, etc.)Basic knowledge of databasesExposure to cloud/data platforms (optional but preferred)
