Essential FunctionsReconcile SAP Grant Payment Reports with Excel Grant Payment Reports for assigned sponsor studiesReconcile total GPS Sponsor balances with the Corporate Sponsor Balance on a monthly basis, in accordance with SSAE16 controlsAccurately prepare and complete assigned journal entriesPerform quality reviews of CTA and Payment Intake Form setups to ensure:Correct SAP vendor assignmentAppropriate payment method selectionBank entry validation for the Accounting departmentMaintain and complete SharePoint trackers for assigned sponsorsSupport annual activities such as 1099 and country-specific tax reporting, as assignedParticipate in special projects, including:Maintenance of the SAP vendor databaseSupport in SOP documentation and maintenancePerform other duties as assignedQualificationsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred)Strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for a professional work environmentDemonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skillsAdequate technical proficiency aligned with the role (Excel required; SAP exposure is a plus)Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with othersDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and accountabilityEnglish advance is a mustWhat You’ll GainPractical experience working with SAP and financial reporting processesExposure to internal controls, compliance, and accounting operationsMentorship and learning opportunities in a professional, collaborative environmentA strong foundation for a future career in finance, accounting, or operations
