工作职责：

根据实验设计或SOP的规定准确开展实验，在实验过程中能够记录实验的操作细节， 现象和相关数据。具备熟练的实验技巧，可提出高效的实验建议，并帮助其他同事顺利开展实验工作。经培训后能熟练掌握设备，能够帮助其他成员选择合适的设备开展研究实验；并帮助 实验室主管进行设备管理，定期对实验设备进行维护；能够根据实验室要求，依据化学品MSDS和风险评估文档在实验过程中进行准确的风险 控制，可进行实验过程中的安全/环境的风险评估。

任职要求：

高分子材料/有机化学/应用化学/制药专业；本科及以上学历；熟悉化学合成中的各种基元操作，做过聚合和有机合成者可优先考虑；熟悉化学合成过程中的各类实验设备，反应装置，蒸馏装置及纯化装置；重视团队合作，善于沟通；
