工作职责

内操，外操和技术员每个岗位轮岗6-8个月。参与并有机会领导一些流程建立和改进项目。3年后根据考核结果以及参考个人意愿定岗生产一线管理岗或者工艺或生产工程师。

任职要求

化工相关专业大专及以上学历。良好的团队合作精神。有上进心，有良好的学习意愿和能力。适应倒班。
