一、工作概述

作为运营团队的关键支持成员，您将直接参与最终用户促销活动的落地执行，负责赠品兑换相关的全流程运营事务。通过高效处理用户申请、维护数据准确性，为促销活动的顺利推进提供坚实基础，并在实践中快速提升活动运营与数据处理能力。

二、主要职责

赠品兑换管理：负责用户赠品兑换申请的日常处理，确保流程顺畅、用户体验良好。 素材与数据管理：执行每周2-3次的大批量活动图片下载、分类与存储工作；负责相关在线文档的整理、更新与维护。 信息审核与核对：细致核对用户提交的信息与后台数据，确保信息的准确性与完整性，为活动数据分析提供支持。 运营支持：协助团队完成与促销活动相关的其他临时性事务，为整体运营效率提升贡献力量。

三、任职要求

学历与专业：全日制本科或硕士在读，专业不限，市场营销、电子商务、管理学等相关专业优先。 时间要求：每周能保证至少3-4天的出勤，可持续实习3个月以上。 技能要求： 熟练使用Office办公软件，尤其要求具备良好的Excel数据处理能力（如常用函数、数据透视表等）。 具备基本的数据分析意识和学习能力。 综合素质： 注重细节：对工作高度负责，有耐心，能高效且准确地处理重复性任务。 积极主动：具备良好的沟通意愿和团队协作精神，能适应多任务处理的工作环境。 责任心强：对自己经手的工作任务能主动跟进并负责到底。
