Main Responsibilities

1. Training Records & Reporting

Compile and update training attendance records in the database for all SC staff. Prepare the monthly BCS training report with complete and accurate data. Cross-check training attendance in the O2I database and external records for accuracy.

2. Training Courses Sourcing & Coordination

Assist in sourcing suitable training courses (internal & external) based on business needs Pre-filter and evaluate potential training providers/courses for quality and relevance Coordinate registrations and maintain records of confirmed participants. Follow up with providers and participants on schedules, materials, and completion. Track completion status and escalate non-compliance when necessary.

3. SC Onboarding Program Development

Assist in developing onboarding program plans for Supply Chain staff at all levels (executive to operator) Assist in preparing onboarding content based on departmental input. Coordinate with various functions to ensure onboarding modules are kept up to date. Track onboarding completion for new hires and report any gaps.

4. Skills Matrix Digitalization

Support the digitalisation of Skills Matrix data for all SC teams. Consolidate and verify skill records from multiple sources. Develop data visualization dashboards to track skill levels, gaps, and progress, ensuring transparency and ease of access for managers.

Education

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in progress in Human Resources, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related fields.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Basic data management and record-keeping skills.

Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills in English.

Able to coordinate tasks and follow up effectively.

Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage.
