Core Responsibilities: Complete all assigned projects and tasks. Learn the dry pet food process flow at the facility. Interact with all levels of the facility to complete assigned projects. Network and interact with interns at other Hill’s/Colgate locations and participate in any assigned social events. Present to Hill’s/Colgate leadership a detailed summary of your project(s) including lessons learned and implications going forward. Key Competencies: Proficient with Google Suite applications (i.e., gmail, docs, sheets, slides, calendar, drive) Ability to work off-shift hours Ability to work in a manufacturing environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Education: Current student within 1-2 years of their Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completion in the following disciplines; Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial and/or Systems Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Grain Science, Feed Science, and Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Business Analytics/Information Systems. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
