As an **Intern** **– S2P Analytics COE – Procurement Business Partner** you’ll help deliver data-driven insights that enable smarter sourcing decisions and drive value across the business. You’ll work with Procurement teams across areas like Manufacturing, R&D, IT, Marketing & Sales, and G&A to provide strategic analysis and recommendations. You’ll gain hands-on experience in areas such as: + Spend analysis and opportunity identification + Market intelligence and supplier research + Benchmarking and price analysis + Scenario modelling and supplier bid evaluation + Clean-sheet modelling to support should-cost estimates This internship is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of data and decision-making, supporting Procurement category teams in using insights to drive strategic value. We’re looking for someone who is analytical, curious, and confident working with people as much as with data. **Responsibilities:** + Support Procurement category teams by turning data into insights that inform sourcing strategies, supplier decisions, and value creation - identifying trends, risks, and opportunities across spend and market dynamics. + Apply commercial thinking to identify key drivers of business demand and cost. + Build working knowledge of procurement data and help translate that knowledge into meaningful insight for your team and stakeholders. + Conduct research on supply markets, price benchmarks, industry trends, and supplier profiles to support vendor selection and strategic sourcing decisions. **Requirements:** + Currently enrolled in third-level education and undertaking a student placement as part of an undergraduate program in Commerce, Economics, Business Information Systems, or a related field. + Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the confidence to engage with stakeholders. + Highly numerate, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, and eager to grow into tools like PowerBI and beyond. + Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate business-relevant insights. + Motivated, proactive, and committed to learning.
