Intern – IT Analyst Start date: January 2026 End date: August/ September (only for MSc students) 2026 Hybrid role requiring the successful candidate to be on site 50% of the month in Little Island, Cork and 50% working remotely. This role offers a balanced experience across both development and operations, with approximately 50% of your time focused on enhancing digital solutions and 50% on providing operational support. **Key responsibilities include:** + Assisting with incident management, system troubleshooting, problem and change management processes. + Collaborating with Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance of IT solutions. + Partnering with cross-functional teams across global locations, including India and Indianapolis. + Contributing to the continuous improvement of patient and provider experiences through technology. + Supporting the digitization of clinical workflows using no-code platforms. **Requirements:** + Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. + Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms (Microsoft Power Platform) and an interest in digital transformation. + Basic experience or coursework in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) + Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset. + Effective communication skills and a willingness to learn in a regulated environment.
